Archaeology at Cambridge also ranks first in the 2022 Complete University Guide subject league table. 

The undergraduate Archaeology tripos at Cambridge includes Archaeology, Biological Anthropology, Egyptology and Assyriology. 

In the 2022 overall University rankings, the University of Cambridge has risen to third place, receiving maximum credit in the criteria of academic reputation, staff-to-student ratio, and international faculty ratio.
