The Paleolab houses equipment for digitizing archaeological and palaeontological samples (including a variety of scanners), collecting data (e.g., MicroScribe, 3D analysis software) and 3D printing. This laboratory additionally provides software for post-acquisition processing (e.g., reconstruction).
We welcome applications to use equipment available in the Paleolab from MPhil students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers and visiting fellows. We welcome academic collaborations with other individuals and external institutions. For further information or to discuss potential projects please contact the Lab.
For full descriptions and images of equipment available, please see the Equipment subpage.
