Research
I joined the McDonald Institute as a member of an ERC Proof of Concept project (Peptinsure). My research focuses on protein preservation, mass spectrometry method optimisation, and MS/MS data analysis. Currently, I am working with Prof Matthew Collins to leverage machine learning to increase identified spectra and improve protein authentication.
