Biography

I am an archaeologists focused on bringing the role of animals to the forefront of our studies of developing urbanism in southwest Asia. I use zooarchaeology, archaeological sciences, and other integrated approaches bringing together the iconography and textual evidence to flesh out the central role animals played in ancient cities.
