Dr Kiriatzi has been Co-Director with Prof. Cyprian Broodbank on the Kythera Island Project since 2002.  She is a highly respected archaeological scientist, with a specialisation in ceramic technology, petrography and chemical analysis, and with a main focus on the Bronze Age, both in the southern Aegean and in Macedonia. Her annual masterclass course in ceramic technology and analysis that she teaches as the Fitch has been taken to great advantage by several of our research students and postdocs.
