Landscape Archaeology

A series of multi-period projects have been developed in the landscapes of Italy, Sicily, Malta and Scotland. All seek to integrate analysis of the human and physical landscapes, employing remote sensing, survey, excavation and environmental reconstruction. All ask questions focused on the environmental, economic and political context of the sampled areas, in close collaboration with the local communities.
