The Department of Archaeology, University of Cambridge was earlier this week announced as claiming the top UK position in the 2021 Complete University Guide subject league tables.

Published annually since 2007, the Complete University Guide ranks 130 UK universities, 14 Arts, Drama and Music colleges and conservatoires, and 70 subjects by quality measures important to students including entry standards, research quality and intensity and graduate prospects.
