My research focuses on establishing more in depth and cross-disciplinary taphonomic approaches to osteological analysis in co-mingled burials. This research has focussed on interments in the British Isles dating to the Neolithic period. By applying zooarchaeological and human osteoarchaeological taphonomic practices to co-mingled human-fauna burials it is hoped that a more complete and unbiased cultural understanding of prehistory societies can be gleaned.
