I have supervised PhD research on a wide range of theoretical, prehistoric and skeletal topics. Some examples include prehistoric Mediterranean seafaring and the obsidian trade; phenomenological aspects of Neolithic land use; spatial analysis of Alpine rock art; the social technology of pottery in the Iberian Copper Age; the ritual taphonomy of Irish Neolithic tombs; animal art at Catal Huyok; skeletal signs of mobility in Italian Bronze Age people and of activity in Romano-British and Anglo-Saxons.
