Welcome to the webpages of Ali Klevnäs in the Department of Archaeology, Cambridge.
I recently completed my thesis on grave-robbing in early medieval northern and western Europe, supervised by Dr Catherine Hills. The examiners were Professor Andrew Reynolds and Dr Marie Louise Sørensen.
During my studies I was general editor of the Archaeological Review from Cambridge.
At the Oslo EAA in 2011 I'm co-organising a day session on grave disturbance with Dr Edeltraud Aspöck and presenting a paper on grave robbery in Anglo-Saxon England.
I have two sons, born in 2006 and 2010. In late 2011 the whole family is relocating to Stockholm, Sweden.
