Fault reporting and assistance

Faults on the new telephone system may be reported to telephones@arch.cam.ac.uk

Administration and new facilities

The Telecommunications Liason Officer (TLO) for the Department of Archaeology is David Redhouse. The Telecommunications Liason Officer (TLO) for the McDonald Institute is Sara Harrop. Requests for new lines and numbers, additional facilities and new handsets should be directed to one of them.

The University Telecommunications Office has a Telephone User Question and Answer Sheet for all users.
