The Heritage Research Group meets once a week in term-time for discussions on the theme of heritage. The programme includes talks by invited speakers as well as members of the group (from Archaeology, Social Anthropology, Classics etc.), films and discussions of texts. We are also organising a conference annually, which addresses issues concerning heritage.

Seminar Room, The McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research, Downing Site, Cambridge (Michaelmas 2007).
The McDonald Institute Seminar Room is located on the ground floor of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research. Entrance to the building requires a password that can be obtained from the office of the Dept. of Archaeology. Otherwise, please come in front of the McDonald Institute a few minutes earlier.

The Cambridge Heritage Seminars aims to bring together researchers, policy makers and practitioners to explore diverse aspects of issues surrounding things, sites, landscapes, and practices marked as 'heritage'.
