Welcome to the Archaeology Graduate Society

The AGS is a registered society based out of the Archaeology Department at the University of Cambridge. Our aim is to provide a laid back social and academic forum where Archaeology graduate students (and grads in related fields) can come together. We believe that this not only helps our research but creates a pleasant atmosphere in which to study.

We currently host a Graduate Drinks Hour every Tuesday in Term from 5:30 until 6:30pm and organize the Archaeology Graduate Seminar Series on alternating Thursdays in Term from 4:30 until 5:30. Please visit our Upcoming Events page for more detail.

The AGS has no membership fees: if you are an Arch Grad, you are already a member! Do feel free to contact us for more information about the society, being a Grad in the department.
