Increasing Awareness - Raising Aspirations

Activities for Schools

ACA offers a range of exciting and inspirational activities aimed at school students which use new knowledge, ideas and approaches from the multi-disciplinary subject of archaeology to raise educational achievement and aspirations in practical hands-on activities. Please see the links below for further details about HEFA, CAP and Discovery Days.

As well as our scheduled activities, we also run tailored extension-learning courses for schools and societies. These might include test-pitting, limited area excavation, field-walking and classroom-based activities in school.
